Dr. Lauren Lee was born in South Korea and moved to Virginia when she was nine years old. She attended college and dental school at New York University and worked most recently in Dallas before moving to Greenville to be close to her family.

Dr. Lee loves playing with her two dogs, Waffle and Scottie, and enjoys sunsets, flowers, and traveling with friends.

Dr. Lee was shadowing a dentist in college when she was first shown the canals (where nerves are) inside a tooth. She was fascinated and knew then that she wanted to become a dentist, treating patients' teeth and helping them maintain oral health.
